1 Acceptance of Terms

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth or contact information — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Hot77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Hot77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side — any fees applied by your payment provider are outside Hot77's control.

• Hot77 processes standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 10 minutes of request, 24 hours a day.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals typically process within 1–2 hours.
• Withdrawals require that any active bonus wagering requirements be completed first.
• Hot77 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• In cases where fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Hot77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. By claiming any bonus on Hot77, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply to all Hot77 promotions:

• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes — they are not cash deposits and cannot be withdrawn directly without completing the stated wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before withdrawal is permitted.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players found to have created multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will have all accounts closed and all bonuses forfeited.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games on Hot77 — including Aviator, Andar Bahar, Ludo, crash games, live casino tables and virtual sports — are operated using certified random number generation or, in the case of live dealer games, physical randomised processes conducted in real time.

Hot77 publishes return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games where applicable. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages — they do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session or player.

• Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed. Hot77 does not reverse game outcomes except in the event of a verified technical fault.
• If a technical malfunction interrupts a game mid-round, the round is voided and the stake is returned to the player's Hot77 wallet.

• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been used to play on Hot77 is considered fraudulent. Hot77 will pursue recovery of disputed amounts.
